Who runs this site

webbmediareviews.com.au is owned and run by Webb Media (ABN 73 353 970 790). It collects the public reviews, video testimonials and results from Webb Media's clients in one place.

Where the reviews come from

• Written reviews are pulled from Webb Media's public Google Business Profile, last synced November 2026.
• Video testimonials are the clients' own videos, published on YouTube and Instagram.
• Email quotes are copied word for word from emails clients sent Van, dated, and used with their permission.
• Results in the case studies come from Meta Ads Manager, website analytics and messages clients sent, shown as screenshots where we have them.

The rules

• Reviews are copied word for word. Spelling and typos are left as written.
• Every written review from a client is shown, whatever its star rating. Bad reviews are not hidden.
• Reviews from people who aren't clients, or who have a personal or business connection to Webb Media (family, business partners, other agencies), are left off this site (5 at the moment). They still appear on Google, so the total on Google can be higher than the number shown here.
• No review is written, edited or paid for, and no one is offered anything in exchange for a review.
• Quotes are only used if the client wrote or said them publicly, or agreed to them being shared.
